Payment

Paypal is my preferred method of payment. Please can all items be paid for within 3 days of ordering.

 

Shipping

All items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.

Items being delivered within the UK will be sent 1st Class via Royal Mail.

Items to be delivered outside the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail international parcel services. These items should arrive within 10 days but please do contact me with any queries.

Refunds and Exchanges

I would like every customer to be ridiculously happy with their purchase so if you do have any problems, please contact me right away. Items can be returned within 28 days of the date of payment; please contact me and this will be arranged.
